Mortal verses Immortal

L.I: Explain what it means that the soul is immortal
Mortal
Immortal
Human beings are mortal because our physical being will die.
The soul or spirit in human beings are immortal because after our physical beings die, we believe our souls lives on.
Humans are like ice because ice melts into water and water is like the soul of an ice cube

    Hello Lasike,
    I really like the way you compared humans to ice. I agree with you that the soul is immortal and the body is only temporary. Maybe next time you could explain why humans think that their souls will live on.
    Do you think that life is some sort of 'force', or that our soul is that 'force'?
