Today we are making bread ROLLS!!
Ingredients
- ½ cups of Warm water
- 2 teaspoon of yeast
- 1 cup and ⅔ of Flour
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 4 teaspoons of oil
- ½ spoon of salt
- In a large bowl mix together warm water, yeast and sugar together until creamy.
- Next place them into a warming drawer and wait for 5 minutes.
- In another bowl sift in the flour salt and sugar .
- Next pour in the 4 teaspoons of oil into the sift ingredients and mix.
- Take out the bowl with warm water, yeast and sugar and pour it to the other bowl with all the sift ingredients.
- Mix until it turns into dough.
- Knead the dough once it has transformed.
- Shape it
- After, place it on a tray and place them carefully into the warming drawer to rise.
- Wait 20 mins then put them into the oven for 15 mins.
Once golden brown take it out and eat your spectacular dish and enjoy. I prefer to eat it with butter just for extra scrumptious, mouthwatering flavours.
